Learning to relax and rejuvinate is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself both mentally and physically. Sometimes, we have no idea how to relax, or how to calm down. Meditation works well for some people, not so well for others.

I have a solution. I use Healing Rhythms biofeedback software to help you teach yourself how to relax. It's an interactive software program that trains you to slow down your breathing and heart rate. I've found that it's the edge people need to calm down and think instead of running to their substance of choice. (It's also excellent for people who are anxious or have panic attacks).
