All classes are currently on hiatus. We are not accepting new clients for classes or seminars at this time.
Bariatric Surgery Classes
The Waiting Game- A teleclass* that deals with the frustrations and anxiety as you decide if Bariatric Surgery is right for you. This class is also appropriate for those who have surgery scheduled and are waiting for their date. Call for class dates and times.
Losin’ and Crusin’- 6 mos out to 2 years- A support group for those who are finding it difficult going. Those with Binge Eating Disorder and others are the target of this class. We will deal with emotional eating issues, as well as cultivating mindfulness and a sense of contentment.
Back on Track- A group targeted to those patients who have regained significant weight. We will address issues of hopelessness and panic in this group, while giving patients alternative coping skills.
